Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 31, 2026

This policy covers OptiMaxProAI and every app in its ecosystem — currently OptiEatsAI, with more apps launching across productivity, personal development, and business tools. One policy, so it stays consistent as the ecosystem grows, rather than a different document per app.

1. Who we are

OptiMaxProAI ("we," "us," "our") builds a family of AI-powered applications, each solving a specific real-world problem. This policy applies across the whole ecosystem — every app you use under the OptiMaxProAI umbrella is covered by this one document, whether it's a dining diary, a productivity tool, a personal development app, or a business tool.

When we refer to "an app" or "our apps" below, we mean any product operating under the OptiMaxProAI umbrella, including but not limited to OptiEatsAI and everything on our public roadmap.

2. What we collect

What we collect depends on which app you use, but generally falls into these categories:

CategoryExamples
Account information Email address, password (securely hashed by our authentication provider — we never see or store it in plain text), display name.
Content you create Whatever you log, write, or track within an app — for example, restaurant visits and dish ratings in OptiEatsAI, or goals and progress notes in a future productivity or personal development app.
Usage and preference data Settings, saved filters, feature usage, and similar information that lets an app personalize itself to you.
Communications Feedback, support requests, app reviews and ratings, and anything you send us directly.
Billing information Handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive your subscription status and a Stripe customer reference — never your full card number.
Technical data Basic device and log information (browser type, general access times, error logs) needed to keep the apps running and secure.

3. AI features and your data

Some apps in the ecosystem use AI to generate recommendations, suggestions, or coaching-style responses — for example, a restaurant recommendation based on your logged history, or business or personal-development guidance from an AI coach feature.

4. How we use your data

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your personal content to train general-purpose AI models beyond what's needed to power features inside your own account.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small set of service providers to run the ecosystem. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us, under their own privacy and security commitments:

As the ecosystem grows, this list may grow too — we'll keep it current here rather than emailing every change individually, though material changes will always be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We don't share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal content within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain something (for example, transaction records for tax or legal purposes).

7. Your rights and choices

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices — encrypted connections, access controls, and row-level security on our databases — to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable, active steps to protect what you share with us.

9. Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll remove it.

10. International users

Our infrastructure is currently hosted in the United States. If you use our apps from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Changes to this policy

If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active users directly. Continued use of an app after a change means you accept the update.

This policy is a good-faith, comprehensive draft intended to accurately describe how OptiMaxProAI currently handles data across its ecosystem. It has not been reviewed by an attorney. Before relying on it as a final, legally binding document — especially as new apps launch with new data practices — have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel, particularly for jurisdictions with specific requirements (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA-adjacent contexts, etc.) that may apply to your users.
