By accessing or using any app in the OptiMaxProAI ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the apps.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher). If you're using a business-focused app on behalf of a company, you're representing that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
Several apps in the OptiMaxProAI ecosystem use AI to generate recommendations, suggestions, coaching-style guidance, or other content — including but not limited to dining recommendations, business strategy suggestions, personal development guidance, and productivity coaching.
All AI-generated content, regardless of which app produces it or how it's framed (including content presented in a "coach," "advisor," or "assistant" voice), is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not professional advice of any kind — not legal, financial, medical, psychological, tax, business, or otherwise — and should never be treated as a substitute for guidance from a qualified, licensed professional.
AI systems can be wrong, incomplete, out of date, or poorly suited to your specific situation. Before making any significant decision — financial, business, health-related, legal, or otherwise — based on anything an app in our ecosystem suggests, consult an appropriately qualified professional. You are solely responsible for decisions you make and actions you take, whether or not informed by AI-generated content from our apps.
You agree not to:
You own the content you create in our apps (visits, ratings, notes, goals, and so on). By using our apps, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content back to you as needed to operate the service. We don't claim ownership of your content, and we don't use it to benefit other users' accounts.
The OptiMaxProAI name, logo, app names, and underlying software are our property or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our branding or code beyond what's needed to use the apps as intended.
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OptiMaxProAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps — including damages resulting from decisions made based on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the apps is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You can stop using our apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, or discontinue an app or feature at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practical.
We may update these terms as the ecosystem grows. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active users. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
